Our family has lived in Soda Springs for five years and we first got involved with the Community Gardens when we were living in an apartment with no space to grow anything. Gardening has always been a part of my life. I grew up in a family that planted large vegetable gardens and nurtured beautiful flower beds. For me, gardening is more than a hobby - it's a connection to family, nature, and the value of hard work.

I'm excited to see the Community Gardens grow, not just with plants, but as a place where people connect, learn, and find joy in growing together. It’s more than a garden—it’s a space for community, healing, and hands-on learning. There’s something powerful about digging in the dirt and watching something flourish—it reminds us that growth, both personal and communal, is a little messy and takes time, love, and shared effort.
